About Hypnosis

We entered this world gifted with the most magical power available; the power of our mind, the ultimate super computer. Each of us can access and harness this inner power to achieve whatever our mind sets as a goal. Through self-hypnosis, which always incorporates relaxation, this dynamic conduit enables us to navigate and better work with our mind as a whole integrated unit.

Consider it your internal search engine, helping you work effectively with the organic technology that is your brain. The key component to any way of thinking stems from the unconscious mind. The area of the mind that relates to feelings and emotions, long-term memory and automatic body functions also runs most of the show when it comes to our lives. As much as we may change our conscious thinking on a daily basis, our subconscious can sabotage our efforts with a tidal wave of emotion. Our subconscious possesses the ability to make something difficult, even to completely erode the comparably weak conscious roots of will power.

Open dialogue between the two hemispheres of the brain; the left-brain (the analytical, critical, seat of the will power) and the right brain (our center of creativity and emotions) is essential. When these two areas are in union, your life seems to flow effortlessly within the abundance that is the universe and all that it has to offer.

Hypnosis enables us to quiet the critical conscious mind and work with the subconscious and the super-conscious to get to the root of the issue; accessing anchored beliefs, filters and even emotional traumas to help us heal. The effects are empowering and the benefits lifelong. When you join these fragments “the conscious mind and the unconscious mind" to work together, to reach the goals you set, then you have achieved Total Equilibrium.
